As a result, Chanel takes a 593 sqm lease at Kristen Bernikows Gade 6, 3rd floor. PFA Ejendomme manages to swiftly re-let its premises and thereby avoids a vacancy period. And Chanel - even without a lenghty market search - secures its dream lease in the heart of Copenhagen.
