A development consortium composed of Pensam, KPC and Sjælsø Management has sold 246 turnkey residential units at Teglholmen on the Copenhagen waterfront, Sydhavn, to Swedish Heimstaden for DKK 790m.
Comprising a gross lettable area of some 21,500 sqm on completion, the residential units are taken over in a turnkey sale by Heimstaden in 2018 and 2019.
Sadolin & Albæk acted as sell-side adviser to Pensam, KPC and Sjælsø Management in the transaction.
Sadolin & Albæk has provided ongoing sell-side services to the development consortium in respect of residential building plots at Kanalbyen Teglholmen in the Sydhavn district once respective construction starts have taken place: Teglporten (building plot K) was sold to German Patrizia in June 2016 and now the remaining two building plots, Kanalkanten (plot L) and Nordkajen (plot M), have been sold to Heimstaden.

That’s more than 800 flats with a total floorspace of 80,000 sqm. It has been great to see how Teglholmen in the space of only few years has evolved from a semi-developed area where the financial crisis slowed activity to its status today as an almost fully developed and well-functioning city district in its own right”.
